Traditionally, bone regeneration required harvesting a graft from another part of the patient's body, which can involve additional invasive and costly surgeries. However, at Northshore Dental Care, we utilise Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) and donor tissues to restore lost bone volume without the need for such procedures.
