THE PATH TO A LIFETIME OF HEALTHY SMILES
Paediatric Dentistry
It is vital that your child has caring and positive experiences when they visit their dentist.
We suggest young children 2-3 years accompany their parent at their regular check up, take a ride in the chair and become familiar with the environment. Regular dental visits, good oral care and some attention to diet will put them on a pathway to optimum health and happy smiles for a lifetime.

Healthy Eating
To reduce the risk of tooth decay it is important to reduce the amount and frequency of dietary sugar and acid.
Healthy Drinks
Plain tap water and plain milk are the drinks for healthy teeth. Most Fruit Juice and all sports drinks have high amounts of sugar and acid. Acidic drinks are very destructive on tooth enamel. The regular intake of acids dissolved the harder tooth enamel and exposes the living part of the tooth (dentine). Exposed dentine is sensitive and prone to further decay.
